Our process begins with a consultation to go over the desired item. We then use our CAD/CAM system or hand carved wax to show you the model. After the item has been designed a projected estimate is then given for approval to which we then proceed.
The item is then cast or fabricated in the desired metal, stones are properly set and the item is then finished and inspected. All measures are taken to make sure that the result is a finished piece to be worn and adorned for generations to come.

Chad has more than 30 years experience in the jewelry industry with an emphasis on custom design, repairs and antique restoration.
His passion for jewelry started at the age of 14 and has taken him to Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles and San Francisco to train under the nation’s best jewelers. Moving to Cleveland in 1997 he worked for several jewelers, and in 2014 he opened Jackson Grey Jewelers as a place where he can focus on designing jewelry for people looking for a unique and one of a kind piece. He prides himself on his craftsmanship and unique design approach that offers the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Chad is a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) in Jewelry Manufacturing Arts, the Alan Revere Jewelry Institute in platinum repair and fabrication and the New Approach School for Jewelers.
Past projects include designing a collection for the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, Velosano and Pelotonia Cancer research rides and having worked with the renowned metalsmith John Paul Miller.
Along with being a husband and father of 3, he has a passion for anything outdoors.
